Description: We are seeking an experienced Anesthesia Technician to join our team. The Anesthesia Technician provides technical support in the operating room, including anesthesia equipment setup and maintenance, assistance with patient preparation, and assistance with anesthesia administration. The Anesthesia Technician works closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical personnel to ensure the safe and effective delivery of anesthesia services.

Anesthesia Technician Responsibilities:

-Set up, operate, and maintain anesthesia equipment according to hospital standards and regulations.
-Prepare and check anesthesia equipment prior to use.
-Assist in the preparation of patient for surgery, including monitoring vital signs and preparing the operating room.
-Assist with the administration of anesthesia according to the instructions of the anesthesiologist.
-Monitor patient during and after surgery for adverse reactions to anesthesia.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of an accredited Anesthesia Technician program or equivalent training.
Certification as an Anesthesia Technician preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment.
