Description: Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Technical Support Manager, primarily administers hearing aid repairs and tests to determine functionality of hearing aids and makes the necessary recommendations thereon, in conformity with the companys strict compliance and standards for Repair.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Certification as a Hearing Aid Technician or similar qualification.
Experience working with hearing aids and related devices.
Strong technical skills and proficiency with hearing aid software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Knowledge of audiology principles and practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair hearing aids.
