Description: Design and construct: Create dental devices based on a dentists prescription
Shape and polish: Use hand and power tools to shape and polish dental devices
Adjust and inspect: Modify devices to improve function and appearance, and inspect for quality
Repair: Fix damaged dental devices
Maintain equipment: Operate and maintain dental laboratory tools and equipment
Record and report: Keep records, prepare reports, and communicate with dentists and other specialists
Train and supervise: Teach other dental technicians and assistants how to make dental devices
Conduct research: Study the science and techniques of dental technology

Requirements: Accredited dental laboratory technology program.
Certified Dental Technician (CDT) preferred.
At least 2 years of experience as a dental laboratory technician.
In-depth knowledge of dental prostheses, devices, and related technologies.
