Primary Responsibilities

- Perform complex surgeries on patients with heart and lung conditions.
- Conduct preoperative consultations with patients and their families to explain the surgical process and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and other surgeons, to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Utilize advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive procedures, to minimize patient discomfort and recovery time.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including surgical notes and progress reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cardiothoracic surgery to provide the best possible care for patients.

Requirements: • *Thoracic Surgeon Requirements**:

- A Degree in Medicine, with a specialization in Thoracic Surgery.
- A relevant license and certificate.

- Published research and other evidence of academic work would be advantageous.
