Branding & Digital Marketing Expert
Overview
Fast growing E-commerce company seeking a Digital Marketing professional who will develop, implement and optimize the digital marketing initiatives in the consumer channel The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage our entire digital presence, including content management, website merchandising, social media channels and digital advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
What youll do:
• Digital Strategy Development: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a 5 Year Digital Roadmap that aligns with the Integrated Marketing Plan
• Agency and Budget Management: Collaborate with cross-functional team members to create annual budget and manage forecast and spend throughout the year. Manage agency partners (social, advertising, web development, SEO, etc) to ensure they’re following SOW and performing to standard.
• Website Management: Act as subject matter expert on branded websites; Lead Website Redesigns, Optimize webpages to meet Google requirements for searchable and quality pages; Track conversion rates and make improvements; Edit and create content; Work with agency partners to ensure websites are delivering top notch customer experience
• Social Media Management: Achieve audience engagement, website traffic and revenue by exploiting all digital marketing aspects of social media marketing roadmap. Work with agency partners to establish an annual social media calendar and curate content as needed. Track and analyze metrics, develop best practices to drive traffic to websites and increase engagement with brands on social platforms. Establish and foster relationships with key social media influencers for the creation and content for brand sites and social platforms.
• Email Marketing: Work with team to develop email calendar that aligns with Integrated Marketing Plan; Create and deploy emails using best practices; track and analyze data to continuously improve metrics
• Product Content Development and Deployment: Coordinate creation of detailed SEO product content (descriptions, images, video, etc) on websites, both internal and external and deploy to customers within deadlines. Maintain content and images in our database and revisit regularly to determine gaps in the content mix and how to improve.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphics or Business-related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 4+ years experience in digital marketing, digital communications, digital content publishing or related field.
• Experience in Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) keyword development, Email Marketing Platforms and content page ranking analysis a plus

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales position
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Business Administration
• Strong knowledge of Sales & Hotel Resort & Spa &Catering & Microsoft Office
• Understands the local culture and have worked in the region
• Fluency in English, written and spoken • Fluency in Arabic, written & spoken is an advantage
