- • Assisting and greeting guests.
• Schedule work hours may vary to meet to needs of Zoo visitors, must be flexible to work some evening, and early morning hours, weekends and holidays are required.
• Constant direct exposure to the public.
• Extended periods of sitting and standing in accordance of visitors presence.
• Guest Relations in polite, helpful and accurate way.
• Provide excellent customer service to all Zoo visitors in a friendly, efficient and professional manner at all times including but not limited to: welcoming visitors with appropriate greetings and answer visitors questions, and resolving guest-related issues efficiently.
The candidates mustn’t be having any kind of allergies includes insect bites, no phobia as she will work very close to bees environment
- Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in field of Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or other related field.
• Proven work experience on same field or sales and marketing field with at least minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Basic knowledge and techniques on B2B Marketplace / platforms
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient and Excellent skill in Microsoft office tools such as, word, excel, outlook, and power point
• Ability to Manage stressful situations and strict deadlines
• Willing to work for long time hours if needed and necessary
• Ability to work, collaborate and coordinate with other departments
• Highly motivated and holding positive attitude and high level self esteem.
