Description: Job Summary
The role holder is responsible for making sure everything is perfect and working well in the production and operation.

Core Responsibilities:
• Transform and optimize the business processes when operational gaps and inefficiencies are identified
• Manage and optimize the entire operations and production processes
• Train employees on company policies, operating procedures, quality standards & customer service protocols
• Track improvement & progress expected after the trainings and report the key findings and suggestions to the operations manager
• Identify progressive tools and technology enablers that will improve operational procedures and production process.

Requirements: Extensive experience in an operations management position, or similar.
In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
Advanced knowledge of best business practices.
Experience with budgets and financial reports, and monitoring expenses.
Developing human resources policies, and monitoring compliance and performance.
Proficiency in business operations management software, such as ProjectManager and SYSPRO.
