Description
Delivering Front desk reception duties for the office such as; managing all phone calls and handling internal & external clients in an opportune and professional manner.
Supporting in General Office administration.
Organizing and assist in all ad-hoc duties, meetings and activities when essential.
Welcoming all visitors in a professional and positive manner.
Requirements
-Prepare outgoing mail.
-Compose and type routine correspondence.
-Answer telephone and give information to callers or route calls to appropriate official. Place outgoing calls.
-Order supplies and arrange for maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
-Participate in staff meetings.
-Perform other tasks and duties as needed or requested.
