Requirements:

1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
3. Good typing speed (50-60 wpm).
4. Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field.
5. Effective Administration and Organizational skills.
6. Good Communication and Correspondence skills in English
7. Interpersonal, Team working, Document Management skills.
8. Time management, Multitasking, Techsavvy.
9. Developing constructive and cooperative working relationship with others and maintaining them over time.

Job responsibilities of the role:

1. Receive and direct telephone calls, messages and fax messages related to Directors.
2. Arranging meetings with various agencies, travel arrangements.
3. Handling correspondences for Directors.
4. Assist in planning, and preparation of meeting, conferences and conference calls.
5. Preparation of documentation for Tendering & Marketing purpose.
6. Maintaining filing system and file all correspondences related to tendering.
7. Preparing presentation for marketing activities and services.
This position is responsible for assisting Directors.

Requirements
Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
Greeting visitors at reception.
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms.
Arranging travel and accommodation.
Arranging post and deliveries.
Experience in Contracting Company
