Description
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing sales operations, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans.
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with clients.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competition.
• Train, mentor, and support sales representatives.
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
