Healthcare Project Managers analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. May serve as a point of contact for the client or customer.
- Requirements
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience in project management within the healthcare industry, including successful project completion.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
