- We’re currently looking to add a Physiotherapist Assistant to our growing team. This person should be experienced in implementing treatment plans and working alongside multiple therapists to accomplish rehabilitative goals. The ideal candidate is a natural motivator who can empower patients to believe that better health and mobility are within reach.
Physiotherapist Assistant Responsibilities:
-Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the managing therapist.
-Provide a safe rehabilitation environment that allows patients to focus on their individual needs.
-Perform all duties in a manner that aligns with professional code of ethics, such as APTA.
-Communicate treatment plans effectively so that patients can fully benefit from exercises and care practices.
- Requirements
- Proven working experience as Physical Therapist Assistant
Excellent knowledge of physiology best practices and standards
Hands on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training and physical modalities
Ability to communicate and instruct effectively
Health care administration and documentation skills
