Checking, preparing and dispensing medicine to patients according to Physician’s prescriptions or from a range of over-the-counter medication and treatments.
Specializing in the usage and administration of medication, and dispensing prescriptions to patients upon receiving a physicians orders.
Conducting health screenings, giving immunizations, and advising on the safe use of medicine.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or pharmacology.
Proven experience as a pharmacist.
Valid license to practice as a pharmacist.
Detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and administration, chemical compounds, and pharmaceutical brands.
