Description: A Nurse Educator is a registered nurse with advanced clinical expertise who primarily focuses on teaching and developing nursing skills in both student nurses and current healthcare staff, designing and delivering educational programs, assessing clinical competency, and promoting evidence-based practices within a healthcare setting, often in both classroom and clinical environments; they act as role models for nursing practice and contribute to the advancement of the nursing profession through research and curriculum development.

Requirements: A masters or doctoral degree in nursing.
A Certified Nurse Education certification.
A Registered Nursing Licence.
A strong clinical background.
A working knowledge of the theories of education and learning to design curricula.
Current working knowledge of clinical procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
