Description: A Dermatology Assistant works directly with a dermatologist, providing clinical and administrative support by taking patient histories, preparing patients for examinations, assisting with minor procedures, educating patients on skin conditions and treatment plans, and maintaining accurate medical records, all while focusing on the care of patients with skin concerns, including cosmetic and medical issues, under the supervision of a licensed physician.

Requirements: Should exhibit skills in recording, reviewing, and performing lab tests
Should exhibit skills to understand medical charts
Should assist in the diagnosis
Should be adept in creating electronic medical records
Should know their way around hypodermic needles
