Description: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our esteemed surgical team. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert surgical care to patients with complex conditions affecting the heart and thoracic region. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic assessments of patients with cardiac and thoracic disorders.
Develop and implement individualized surgical treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices.
Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair/replacement, and thoracic surgeries.
Utilize minimally invasive surgical techniques to optimize patient recovery and reduce hospital stays.
Collaborate effectively with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals throughout the surgical process.
Provide thorough preoperative and postoperative care, monitoring patients for complications and ensuring their comfort.
Engage in research and education to remain at the forefront of advancements in cardiothoracic surgery.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulations.

Requirements: Experience: 3 years; Masters degree; Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
Completion of a General Surgery residency followed by a Cardiothoracic Surgery fellowship.
Board certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
A minimum of 5 years of practice experience in cardiothoracic surgery.
Proven ability to perform a wide array of cardiothoracic surgical procedures.
Strong understanding of cardiac and respiratory anatomy and relevant pathology.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
Ability to function well in high-stress environments and make timely decisions.
Ongoing commitment to professional development and medical education.
Valid medical license to practice in the applicable state.
