Description
Accounts Administrators are responsible for payments and other financial tasks in an organisation. They review and reconcile financial information, manage payments owing to or owed by a business and maintain records of receipts and invoices.
Requirements
Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
Process bank deposits
Reconcile financial statements
Prepare, send and store invoices
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
Submit tax forms
Identify and address discrepancies
