Prepare statements: Create and send patient statements
Provide updates: Keep patients informed about their coverage and policy changes
Answer questions: Help patients with questions about their insurance
Generate reports: Create reports for management about policy changes, renewals, and metrics
Maintain confidentiality: Protect the confidentiality of medical records and other data
- Requirements
- • Candidates must have significant UAE experience
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Insurance or Claims
• University Degree Holder
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in Medical Insurance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
