- Description
- *Responsible to assist of the preparation of financial statements and support schedules according to company time line.
*Maintain and makes necessary adjustments to various records and /or logs such as journals, payroll voucher, sales collections reports, client outstanding and other report related to accounts.
*Prepares for payment and other related payables
*Arrange for bank deposits and cheque preparations or cheque invoices, requisitions and other documents for processing.
*Performs the fillings of all data entries, vouchers and other forms.
*Performs as required by the management.
- Requirements
- Prior payables experience required
Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means.
