Description: Job Description
You will maintain effective communication with the Engineering Supervisor at all times and complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans by following all safety procedures while carrying out any tasks. You will responsible to look after all the tools supplied by the Hotel in a professional manner, and correctly maintain and deposit them after finishing the shift and to suggest cost saving ideas as and when possible, not limited to the Engineering Department.

Qualifications
Must have the appropriate documented training from a technical/vocational institute.
One year operating experience in a hotel engineering department.
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.

Requirements: Maintenance Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
