Description: Laser technicians produce, install, operate, service, and test laser systems and fiber optics equipment in industrial, medical, or research settings. They work under the direction of engineers or physicists who conduct laboratory activities in laser research and development or design.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Photonics, Optics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience working as a Photonics Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and practices is a plus.
Proficiency in using CAD software for designing and modeling photonics systems is desirable.
Knowledge of programming languages, such as MATLAB or Python, is advantageous.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
