- An HR Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a human resources department, ensuring efficient and effective HR functions while mitigating potential risks. They lead and manage a team of HR staff, handling tasks such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Requirements
- * We are looking for a Male Supervisor to be assigned to manage Office boys staff
(Sri Lanka, Nepali, Nationality)
* Well experienced in Managing People
* Knowledge in writing reports, and incidences
* Preferred with a certificate in Hospitality (HRM)
* Motivated, Hardworker, and with a good attitude
* Well converse in English and talks politely
* Knowledge in Grooming and Hygiene Standards
* Can solve the occurring problem at the site without any cause.
* Can work without supervision.
* Knowledge of how to deal with ARABS, especially Emarati.
* Well Mannered, and Flexible in any situation.
