- The food and beverage service supervisor directs and schedules kitchen, bar staff and food and beverage servers. During peak hours they may assist in seating or serving customers and ensure the cleanliness and general look of the dining room.

- • Have at least 3 years experience in a high-volume, fast-paced outlets
• Experience of managing a high number of dedicated and energetic individuals.
• A relevant hospitality qualification or relevant experience.
• Excellent communications skills in English.
