Description
Front-Desk Operations:

Greeting and assisting visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or office.

Answering and screening phone calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls to appropriate staff.
Maintaining a tidy, presentable, and welcoming reception area.
Managing visitor logs and issuing access badges.

Administrative Support:

Managing office supplies and ordering when necessary.

Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing documents.
Maintaining and organizing office records and databases.

Scheduling & Organization:

Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for staff and executives.

Coordinating conference room bookings and ensuring spaces are ready for use.

Communication:

Providing basic and accurate information to clients, visitors, and callers.

Drafting and preparing correspondence, memos, and basic reports.

Key Skills

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues.

Organization:
