Description
Front-Line Customer Service:
Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner, providing information and directing them to the appropriate individuals or services.
Communication Management:
Operate multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls, screen calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the correct person or department.
Scheduling & Calendar Management:
Schedule appointments for staff and clients, coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and maintain calendars for various individuals and departments.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, sort and distribute mail, and support office operations with tasks like data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
Office Organization:
Keep the reception area clean and orderly, ensuring it reflects the companys professional standards.
Supply Management:
Monitor and order office supplies to ensure they are always available for the team.
