Description
To provide an efficient and friendly first point of contact for all visitors and to provide support to the other members of the CCDC,Finance, HR and administration teams. •Assistwith the organisation of workshops, conferences and Trusteesmeetings under the instruction of the HR Manager. •Be an integrated member of The Office and undertake activities to ensure the efficient smooth running of the office/reception. •Provide support and administrative assistance to the HR Manager with respect to the facilities management and Health and Safety aspects of the role.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
