Description
1. Follow up date to day business diary and fulfill requirement.
2. Prepare monthly agenda of meetings, travels and follow up strongly.
3. Handle day to day email communication of reporting and compliance in time.
4. Good scene of time bonding. And success towards the business.
5. Decision making in absence of Director and clear the business hurdles.
6. Monthly arrange second level management meeting taking feedback and present to reporting for further suggestion.
7. Daily update from Desk PR related to important project and share with reporting for further action plan and feedback.
8. Make complete arrangement of travel before depart and provide the compliance of each and every task occurs during travels and meetings. Aline with reporting with every type of task. Always aim to success of business.
9. Need to follow up strongly all activity during travel and should not failure at any cost.
10. Independent decision maker for inbound dealing and desk PR activity.
11. Training to sub-coordinator.
Requirements
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
