We need the services of an office assistant to work with our hotel .
You will perform the following duties .
Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
Maintaining files.
Welcoming visitors to your office.
Answering phone calls.
Taking and delivering messages.
Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Requirements
Female with experience as office girl
Simple office working knowledge
Making tea, coffee etc must
Cleaning & maintaining office
English speaking skills
Young & energetic
