Description
Customer inquiries: Answering customer questions and providing information over the phone, email, webchat, social media, or in person
Processing orders and returns: Processing orders, returns, and transactions, and issuing receipts
Resolving complaints: Handling customer complaints and issues, and issuing refunds when needed
Providing information: Sharing information with customers on products and services, such as prices and deals
Demonstrating products and services: Demonstrating products and services to customers
Documenting customer interactions: Maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by entering and updating client information
Requirements
Experience: 3 years minimum
Bachelor Degree is an advantage
