- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.

Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
Database management skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork and report.
Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
Knowledge on Computer Skill.
Manage Multiple telephone calls
