Description: we are looking for a highly motivated accomplished and results-driven Sales Manager with over 5 years of experience in selling laboratory instruments, industrial equipment, and lab chemicals to various industries including petrochemical, construction, home & personal care, pharma, F&B, and animal feed industries to supporting and managing a team techno-commercial sales, engineers, area managers, service engineers and logistics support teams across the GCC & East Africa regions bringing a strategic mindset and innovative approach to sales management, consistently delivering exceptional results, and lead efforts of business development, sales growth, and strategic planning

Requirements: BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
