Description
Staff Management:
Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant staff, including both front-of-house (servers, hosts) and back-of-house (cooks, dishwashers) personnel.
Customer Service:
Ensuring excellent customer service, handling complaints, and gathering feedback to improve the dining experience.
Inventory Management:
Managing food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
Financial Management:
Monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, and contributing to revenue generation.
Food Safety and Hygiene:
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and storage.
Operational Efficiency:
Optimizing daily operations, streamlining workflows, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency.
Marketing and Promotion:
Contributing to marketing efforts to attract customers and promote the restaurant.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining financial records, staff schedules, and other necessary documentation.
