Food Safety and Quality:

Inventory Management:
Overseeing food and supply ordering, managing inventory levels, and minimizing waste.
Menu Planning and Execution:
Assisting with menu development, ensuring accurate recipe execution, and managing portion control.
Operational Efficiency:
Optimizing kitchen workflow, managing costs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Experience in food preparation, menu planning, and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
