Description
Supervising and Training Staff:
Overseeing and training guest service personnel, including front desk staff, concierges, and valets, ensuring they provide efficient and professional service.
Managing Guest Relations:
Addressing guest inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Coordinating with Other Departments:
Working with housekeeping, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
Implementing Guest Service Programs:
Developing and implementing guest service policies, procedures, and programs to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitoring Guest Feedback:
Gathering and analyzing guest feedback through various channels (e.g., surveys, online reviews) to identify areas for improvement.
Maintaining Quality Standards:
Ensuring that all guest service operations meet established quality standards and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Managing Reservations and Check-in/Check-out:
Overseeing the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Promoting Hotel Services:
Informing guests about hotel amenities, services, and promotions to enhance their stay.
Financial Responsibilities:
Handling cash and credit card payments, managing budgets, and potentially contributing to financial reporting
