Description
Operational Management:
Overseeing daily operations of restaurants, bars, or other food and beverage outlets, including service, food preparation, and inventory management.
Staff Management:
Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising food and beverage staff, ensuring they meet performance standards.
Menu Development:
Creating and updating menus, considering customer preferences, costs, and seasonal availability.
Inventory Control:
Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to control costs.
Financial Management:
Analyzing financial data, setting budgets, and monitoring expenses to ensure profitability.
Customer Service:
Addressing customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and building customer relationships.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
Strategic Planning:
Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales, increase revenue, and enhance the overall dining experience.
