Description
We are looking for Business Development Managers, with Sales, Catering and Tendering Experience.
Job Responsibilities:
To follow the sales strategy and business development plan
Achieving the quarterly and yearly target and forecast
Key account managements
Coordination with clients and always attend the required meeting
Coordination internally with other department
Registration of the company
Attending exhibition , events and conferences related to business
Tenders and RFP reading and analyses
Competitors understanding and awareness
Financial input and operations
Reporting and development plan presenting
Corporate , government , private sectors experiences and connections
QUALIFICATIONS:
Min. 5 years experience on similar role
Hotelier and F&B experiences
Facility management is plus
Graduation BA or similar
Very good communication level / business wise Arabic is plus
Preferable segment like health care, corporate, events
Coming from caterer within the region will be added value
Leadership ability
Teamwork skills
Work independently without direct supervision
Understanding of how to develop and implement business strategies
Thorough knowledge of company history, culture, identity and goals
Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff
Able to supervise a large staff of middle management and support staff
Ability to delegate work
Problem-solving and conflict management
Driving License is required.
Requirements
- Male or female, Age 30-35 years old
- Postgraduate in Business Management (MBA, PGDM, or any other specialization)
- 4-5 years’ experience in Sales/ Marketing/ International Business w/ specific focus in Tobacco Related Products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills English & Arabic preferred
- with Valid UAE Driving License
