Inventory management: Ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment
Hygiene and cleanliness: Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
Reservations and seating: Managing reservations, table assignments, and walk-ins
Cash handling: Assisting with cash handling, billing, and end-of-shift reports
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards
