Description
Advanced Clinical Care:
Manage complex medical cases and deliver high-level clinical care for critically ill newborns.
Leadership and Supervision:
Provide leadership in patient care, supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents, and contribute to the development of medical teams.
Collaboration:
Work closely with consultants and specialists in multidisciplinary teams and offer expert consultations on challenging medical cases.
Training and Development:
Engage in academic programs, teaching, and training initiatives for medical teams.
Quality Improvement:
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental decision-making processes.
Professional Practice:
Adhere to evidence-based medical practices, professional ethics, and hospital by-laws.
Professional Development:
Pursue continuous professional development and stay updated on advancements in neonatology.
