- Providing daily care to infants in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing procedures.
Assessing and managing a wide range of neonatal medical and surgical conditions.
Participating in resuscitations and stabilizing newborns requiring intensive care.
Developing and implementing treatment plans in consultation with senior colleagues.
Ensuring proper documentation and discharge summaries for all patients
