Description: We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic Consultant Psychiatrists to join our growing team. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing expert mental health services and treatments to patients referred to our client organizations. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including other mental health professionals, to deliver high-quality care and improve the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments to diagnose and treat mental illnesses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing support and therapy for patients.

• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications for patients.

• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress to make necessary adjustments.

• Provide consultation to other healthcare professionals regarding the mental health of patients.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with other mental health professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Advise and educate patients and their families on mental health issues and available resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Requirements: In-depth knowledge of various psychotherapeutic methods
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain medical terms and conditions to a non-medical audience
Strong observation skills to accurately evaluate patients’ demeanor and identify symptoms
A great bedside manner and the ability to remain calm, empathetic and patient while interacting with patients who suffer from severe mental disorders
