Description: Assessing patients through interviews, observations, tests, and medical history reviews.
Diagnosing patients accurately.
Developing comprehensive treatment plans and prescribing medication as needed.
Consulting with other medical professionals and psychologists.
Regularly following up with the patient to check progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
Thoroughly documenting each patients diagnosis, symptoms, medication, treatment effectiveness, etc.
Providing patients with emotional support and strategies to help manage their disorder.
Researching new developments in psychiatry and mental health.

Requirements: Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Psychiatrist.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mental health services.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of a wide range of psychiatric disorders.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software.

• Willingness to undergo background checks and maintain confidentiality.

• Must possess strong ethics and empathy towards patients.
