- We are looking to hire an experienced Pharmacy Director to oversee the strategic, clinical, and operational management of our pharmacy services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to high-quality pharmaceutical care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs.
Supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Oversee budgeting, inventory control, and procurement of medications and supplies.
Collaborate with medical and administrative leadership to support safe and effective medication use.
Monitor drug utilization and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising care quality.
Ensure proper storage, dispensing, and handling of pharmaceutical products.
Participate in clinical decision-making and support formulary management.
Stay up to date with new pharmaceutical developments, laws, and best practices.
