- We are looking to hire a knowledgeable Pharmacist to manage medication dispensing, provide patient counseling, and ensure safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently according to doctor’s orders.
Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, and potential interactions.
Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and contraindications.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy.
Maintain inventory, order medications, and manage storage conditions.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards related to pharmacy operations.
Provide information and advice on over-the-counter medications and health products.
Keep accurate records of prescriptions, dispensing activities, and patient consultations.
Stay updated with new drugs, treatments, and pharmacy practices.
