Description: Conduct assessments to evaluate patients physical, cognitive, and psychosocial functioning
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients ability to perform daily activities
Instruct patients and their families on assistive devices and adaptive techniques
Monitor and document patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of services
Assist in the development and implementation of outreach programs and community initiatives
Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of occupational therapy and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and prepare reports as required
Adhere to ethical and professional standards of conduct
