Description: Monitor and assess the health of premature and critically ill newborns, ensuring timely interventions based on evolving clinical conditions.Administer specialized treatments and medications, employing advanced technologies to support respiratory and circulatory functions.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatricians and nurses, to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate and support families in understanding their infants condition, treatment options, and long-term care strategies.Conduct regular assessments using advanced diagnostic tools, interpreting results to enhance patient outcomes.Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment protocols, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.Participate in research initiatives aimed at improving neonatal care practices and outcomes.Train and mentor junior staff and interns, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment.Implement evidence-based practices to enhance care efficiency and reduce the risk of complications in neonatal patients.Engage in continuous professional development, staying abreast of advancements in neonatal medicine and technology.

Requirements: Proven work experience as a Neonatologist or similar role
A willingness to work long hours and remain on-call for emergency situations
The ability to work under pressure and stress
Strong communication skills and patience and empathy towards patients and their families
Strong dedication and motivation for helping newborn infants
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Neonatologist
