Description: Preparing equipment and materials: Planning, monitoring, and preparing equipment and materials for lab exercises, demonstrations, and classroom activities
Organizing experiments: Organizing lab experiments and related exercises
Maintaining inventory: Overseeing inventory of supplies, equipment, and other materials
Collecting and analyzing samples: Collecting and analyzing samples of body fluids, tissues, and other substances for diagnostic and research purposes
Supporting faculty: Assisting faculty in preparing for laboratory sessions
Repairing and maintaining equipment: Repairing, reordering, maintaining, and organizing all the material and equipment in the laboratory
Designing research projects: Assisting faculty researchers in designing research projects, developing methods and procedures, and preparing research proposals
Performing assessments: Performing regular assessments of equipment by measuring indicators as per laboratory procedures
Evaluating new procedures: Evaluating new procedures or methods under direct supervision
Maintaining records: Maintaining accurate records of quality control (QC) and patient results
Identifying deficiencies: Identifying and reporting deficiencies either technical or managerial

Requirements: 1. Knowledge of regulatory compliance principles and practices
2. Knowledge of internal and external customer service principles and practices
3. Knowledge of laboratory techniques
4. Knowledge and application of various instructional methodologies
5. Skill in effective communication (both written and oral)
6. Skill in organization, coordination, and management
7. Skill in problem solving
