Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Laboratory Analyst will play a crucial role in conducting various laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and interpreting scientific data to support research, quality control, and product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing samples using a variety of laboratory techniques and equipment. You will ensure that all laboratory procedures are conducted in compliance with established protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to accurately document and report test results, maintain laboratory records, and contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

*Conduct laboratory tests and analyses following established protocols and procedures.
*Prepare samples and reagents accurately for testing and experimentation.
*Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory activities and test results.
*Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
*Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a laboratory setting.
Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with safety and quality control standards.
Effective communication and documentation skills.
