Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Laboratory Analyst will play a crucial role in conducting various laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and interpreting scientific data to support research, quality control, and product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing samples using a variety of laboratory techniques and equipment. You will ensure that all laboratory procedures are conducted in compliance with established protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to accurately document and report test results, maintain laboratory records, and contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct laboratory tests and analyses following established protocols and procedures.
Prepare samples and reagents accurately for testing and experimentation.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory activities and test results.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments.
Collaborate with research and quality assurance teams to interpret and report data.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field.
Previous experience working in a laboratory environment preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory work.
Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Good communication and documentation skills.
