- Description
- Provide preventative care & health education to employees.
Manage emergency cases and perform minor surgical procedures.
Refer patients to specialists for further testing and treatment if needed.
Complete medical/ incident reports regarding investigations and the resolution of complaints.
Implement Occupational Health and Safety programs in the company to promote occupational on varied health & wellness subjects.
Supervise the treatment room, side laboratory and imaging unit to ensure they are hazard free.
Continuously monitor & assess risk within the work areas and take appropriate measures within the practice to minimize risk.
Actively participate in audits of the medical clinic.
Train and indoctrinate medical staff to improve their knowledge, skills, and performance.
Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager within the remit of this role.
