Description: We are looking for an ENT Assistant to provide patients with after-visit, follow-up, self-care, or procedural instructions and/or educational materials as directed. Prepares, cleans, stocks, and maintains exam and treatment rooms.

ENT Assistant Responsibilities:

-Reviewed the patient record to determine whether the patient required any routine health screenings.
-Ensured exam/procedure room contains appropriate supplies, equipment, forms, and educational materials are available and ready for use during the visit/procedure.
-Prepared, cleaned, stocked, and maintained exam and treatment rooms.
-Cleaned and sterilizes instruments.
-Assisted with patient registration, check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and scheduling of tests treatments, and referrals.
-Answered clinic telephone and assists in-basket under the direction of a provider or nurse.
Assisted with medical billing and insurance verification processes.

Requirements: A medical degree.
Must have completed an otolaryngology residency.
Must have a medical license.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Perfect vision and visuospatial awareness.
Good organizational ability.
The ability to work well alone and within a team.
